WFM "Nothing Here Yet" Error (Mobile Web Browsers)

At this time, Infor is no longer supporting mobile devices using web browsers to log into WFM. It is recommended that you use the InforGo app on your iPhone or Android device. Update

The issue with WFM has been identified, and we are still working towards possible solutions with the software vendor.

In the meantime, as users report issues, they will be advised to use the Infor Go app to access WFM using their phones.

Investigating

We are currently submitting a support case related to an error users encounter when opening WFM in their phone’s web browser. Users receive a “Nothing Here Yet” error when attempting to access WFM this way.

After receiving this error, users can access the application by selecting the waffle menu in the top-left corner and then choosing WFM.

It is recommended that users install and use the Infor WFM mobile app.
